About the program

Bloomberg Launch is a four-month mentorship and career exposure program that:

Connects students with Bloomberg professionals through structured mentoring
Provides exposure to careers in financial markets, media, and technology
Builds career confidence, professional skills, and networks
Encourages meaningful, two-way learning between students and mentors

The program will run from July to October, including:

A two-day, in-person kick-off event in Sydney (7–8 July)
A closing celebration in mid-October at our Sydney office
Travel and accommodation support for students outside Sydney

What students gain

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Explore career pathways with guidance from Bloomberg mentors
Build practical skills (CV writing, interviews, presentations)
Expand their professional network
Experience Bloomberg through in-person and virtual sessions
Access e-learning on financial markets and core concepts

Who the program is for

The program is designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander university students, with a focus on those graduating in 2027.
