  • Job Summary The Account Executive (AP) is responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices, timely payments, and proper maintenance of financial records.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
    • Verify and process supplier invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately.
    • Prepare payment vouchers and payment schedules.
    • Ensure timely payments to suppliers via bank transfer, cheque, or other payment methods.
    • Perform supplier statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and payment records.
    • Update and maintain accounting records in the accounting system.
    • Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP.
    • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters.
    • Assist with audit preparation and supporting documents when required.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.
    • Carry out any other duties assigned by management or the finance department.
