Looking for a reliable, resourceful, and quick-thinking individual to assist with the operations of multiple Airbnb properties. This role involves handling a variety of day-to-day errands, stealthy maintenance moves, guest support missions, and property inspections. Responsibilities Execute errands with precision (pick up supplies, drop off items for guests, etc.). Help launch new Airbnb properties and get them guest-ready. Perform quick-fix maintenance tasks (e.g., changing lightbulbs, tightening screws, replacing filters, etc.). Provide top-notch guest support (respond to requests, troubleshoot issues). Set up and inspect properties before and after guest stays, ensuring everything is flawless. Coordinate with contractors/repairmen when needed. Maintain stock of essential property supplies. Requirements Your own trusty transportation (required). Experience with basic fix-it skills and handy work. Ability to work independently like a true ninja, with minimal supervision. Sharp organizational skills and a knack for time management. A friendly, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
