**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Assist in creating and analyzing reports to assess how volume forecasts impact storage and product flow capacities
- Support the integration of volume flows into capacity and network forecasting processes
- Create analytics to establish and monitor inventory targets for merchandising product divisions
- Analyze sales and product velocity shifts to predict upcoming storage forecasts and capacities
- Monitor how Inventory and Replenishment Planning activities affect future inventory and product flow
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders through email and direct communications
- Conduct Ad-Hoc analysis using existing data sources to provide actionable insights as needed
**Qualification Required:**
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field
**Key Skills Required:**
**Primary Skills:**
- Experience in Data mining and visualization tools such as PowerBI, SQL, VBA, and Excel
- Proficiency in retail math & supply chain costs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Merchandising decision-making tools and Inventory Management
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
**Secondary Skills:**
- Experience in MS Access, R, Python
- Prior analytical experience
- JDA Demand & Fulfillment experience
