# Job Title: One-to-One AppSheet Trainer & Mentor (Google AppSheet)
We are looking for an experienced **Google AppSheet Trainer/Mentor** to provide personalized one-to-one online coaching. The objective is not to build an application for us, but to teach us how to design, develop, and maintain production-ready AppSheet applications independently.

We are an EPC company specializing in water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects. We are digitizing our internal operations using Google Workspace and AppSheet.
### Training Objective
The trainer will mentor one participant through live online sessions while building real business applications. The emphasis should be on hands-on learning using our own business processes.

* Database design using Google Sheets
* AppSheet expressions and formulas
* Forms, tables, dashboards, and UX
* User roles and permissions
* Offline synchronization
* GPS, maps, timestamps, and photo capture

### Trainer Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google AppSheet development experience
* Experience delivering live online training
* Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
* Experience with AppSheet Automation (Bots)
* Good understanding of relational database design
* Fluent in English
* Ability to explain concepts clearly to non-programmers
### Training Format
* One-to-one live online sessions (Google Meet or Zoom)
* Approximately 20–30 hours of training
* Flexible schedule (2–3 sessions per week)
* Recording of sessions preferred
* Hands-on assignments after each session
