The Role
As an Apple At Home Advisor, you will serve as the primary support contact for Apple customers seeking technical guidance, account assistance, and product support. This is a full-time remote position that combines customer service and technical troubleshooting in a way that is uniquely Apple — thoughtful, patient, and driven by a genuine desire to help. Apple provides all the equipment you need, along with a structured training program that covers products, tools, and customer communication standards.
What You'll Do
Assist Apple customers with technical questions across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple software
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, software malfunctions, Apple ID problems, and iCloud sync failures
Guide customers through device setup, data migration, and software update processes step by step
Support Apple services including App Store purchases, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and Apple Care inquiries
Escalate complex hardware or advanced software issues to Apple's senior technical support tier
Accurately document each case and follow up with customers as needed to confirm resolution
Who You Are
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
A genuine passion for Apple products — familiarity with iPhone, Mac, and iOS/macOS is essential
1+ year of technical support, customer service, or help desk experience
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, friendly language
Patient, detail-oriented, and committed to seeing each customer through to a complete resolution
