Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and technology-oriented fresh graduates to join our Technology team as Apprentices. This opportunity will provide hands-on exposure to cloud technologies, IT infrastructure support, application support, and Java-based development within a banking environment.
The apprentice will work closely with Technology teams to understand day-to-day IT operations, application environments, system monitoring, incident resolution, and technology processes followed in a financial institution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Technology team in day-to-day IT infrastructure and application support activities.
Support basic monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, systems, networks, and applications.
Gain practical exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-based infrastructure.
Assist with application support and basic Java development/debugging activities.
Support incident tracking, troubleshooting, documentation, and timely escalation of technology issues.
Coordinate with internal Technology teams and relevant service partners for issue resolution.
Maintain basic technical documentation, issue logs, and process records.
Follow the Banks information security, data confidentiality, access control, and IT governance requirements.
Learn and support technology systems and applications used in a banking environment.
Technical Skills Required
Candidates should have basic academic or practical knowledge of:
AWS / Cloud Computing: Basic understanding of cloud concepts and services such as EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC.
Infrastructure Support: Basic knowledge of operating systems, servers, networking, IP/DNS concepts, and troubleshooting.
Java: Understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, exception handling, and basic application development.
Basic understanding of SQL/databases would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Linux commands would be preferred.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Candidate Profile -
Fresh graduate with a keen interest in building a career in Banking Technology / IT.

Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
