Leading and motivating a team of high-energy people who genuinely care about guest experience, helping to set goals, coach performance, and create a positive, inclusive environment. ~Assist the FOM monitoring departmental costs and support the management of expenses in line with budget guidelines. ~Maintain strong communication and collaboration between front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams. ~Be confident and knowledgeable in all health and safety procedures and support their consistent implementation. ~Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both guests and internal teams, helping to build strong relationships with suppliers and contractors. ~Support the sales and events team with site inspections and maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities. ~Step in to lead shifts and manage the front office operation in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
