As an associate manager of communications , you’ll lead a team responsible for delivering brand-compliant, agent-facing (B2B) communications that support Progressive’s Agency Marketing goals.
In this role, you’ll manage three direct reports and oversee content creation across multiple workstreams, including business-to-business (B2B), digital communications (email, web copy, etc.), agent-facing marketing materials, and occasional internal communications for critical issue management. In addition, you’ll drive work process improvements, optimize workflows, and leverage emerging technologies to increase speed-to-market.

Must-have Qualifications
A minimum of eight years property casualty insurance experience or related Communications experience
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications or related field of study (i.e., Public Relations) and a minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related Communications experience
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated copywriting skills (writing and editing) deployed in professional communication, marketing, or creative work settings; ability to draft content under time pressure.
Experience developing, drafting, and executing B2B marketing editorial calendars and campaigns.
Experience with existing communication technologies, such as content management systems (CMS) and workflow software, and emerging technologies like generative AI.
Experience advising and executing on senior leader communication needs.
Demonstrated people leadership experience.
Compensation
$89,600 - $119,500/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
