It has excellent electrical properties, aging resistance and high stability to chemicals.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: verdana;">Our Major Clients are Panasonic, LG, Samsung, Electrolux, Hair, IFB, Godrej and many more</span></p></p><p><b style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">An Ideal Candidate:</b></p><p><p><span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: verdana;">An Ideal candidate should have CA with 19– 25 years of experience form manufacturing company in Finance, CAPM, financial modeling , Treasury, cash flow management, Financial &amp; legal, FP&amp;A etc. </span></p></p><p><b style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Key Competencies:</b></p><p><ol><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Capital structure and allocation as direction. </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Financial viability checks &amp; valuation modeling including vetting of new projects across geographies,</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">CAPM, financial modeling (markets &amp; assets) &amp; capital efficiency (returns) monitoring,</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Financial &amp; legal (oversight) due diligence in all major transactions including the management of transaction advisors,</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">High-level liaisoning with ministries and industrial boards for all incentives, subsidies, drawbacks and tax benefits policies of the GoI and availing those wherever applicable,</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Cash-flow management, including all cash performance ratios.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Treasury &amp; banking relationships, </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Working-capital optimization including WACC, </span></li><li><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px;">Debt and credit-rating relationships, </span></li></ol><p><br></p></P>
