About the Role
Accountax UAE is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) with SaaS sales experience to join our team in Dubai. You will develop new business opportunities for our SaaS and business solutions in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, SaaS, software, ERP, CRM, accounting software or technology sales, and is confident communicating with UAE-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads in the UAE
• Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp and email outreach
• Identify decision-makers and develop business relationships
• Present SaaS and software solutions to potential clients
• Schedule product demonstrations and sales meetings
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
• Maintain sales activities and leads in the CRM
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• SaaS sales experience required; software, ERP, CRM, fintech or accounting-services sales experience preferred
• UAE/GCC sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident telephone and face-to-face communication
• CRM and lead-generation experience
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills

Visa
Candidates with their own valid UAE visa are preferred. Candidates requiring company visa sponsorship may also be considered.
