This Business Development Manager take charge of Industrial Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) is responsible for originating and converting industrial opportunities for INTRIX’s energy solutions within heating and cooling (HVAC) applications.
This is a hunter + market creation role, focused on engaging directly with C-suite decision makers, identifying energy inefficiencies in industrial operations, and converting them into commercially viable EPC projects that deliver measurable P&L improvement for clients.
The role owns the commercial front-end — from access to decision makers, to opportunity framing, to deal closure. Technical validation and site-level execution are supported by the engineering team.
Identify and penetrate high energy-consuming industrial segments with strong HVAC (heating & cooling) application potential.
Proactively open doors and engage C-suite stakeholders to position energy optimisation as a business and P&L improvement initiative, not a technical upgrade.
Establish early alignment at decision-making level before progressing into detailed solutioning.
