Business Manager - Design

<p><strong>Role: Business Manager - Design </strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>BM- Design</strong>, you will be responsible for managing the design for <strong>12 to 15 projects </strong>month-on-month through a team of <strong>6 to 10 designers.</strong> The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training, and design discussions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Own </strong></p><p>● Managing Design Projects and leading design discussions.</p><p>● Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.</p><p>● Customer Experience & Relationship Management.</p><p>● Ensuring output on the design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).</p><p>● Training designers on technical details (wherever required).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Expertise & Qualifications:</strong></p><p>● Qualification preferably B.Arch, B.Interior Design.</p><p>● Masters/ Specialization: Construction Planning Management, MBA, Design Management.</p><p>● 5+ years' experience as an Interior Designer/ Project Manager.</p><p>● Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management).</p>
