About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems & AI Analyst to take ownership of our core internal business systems while spearheading the integration of AI to drive operational excellence. This role will work within our ICT & Business Systems team to leverage AI to dramatically enhance process performance, automate key functions, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. What You’ll Do Most days in this role usually involve a mix of: <ul> <li>Managing L1 and L2 support for business systems, including access management, integrations, updates and vendors.</li> <li>Coordinate application deployment and adoption, review and triage user requests, and escalate detected bugs to vendors.</li> <li>Support automations and integrations to optimize business systems for our use case.</li> <li>Collaborate with third-party support vendors and manage change management with stakeholders and compliance teams such as InfoSec, Legal, and Privacy.</li> <li>Manage seats and user quotas.</li> <li>Determine and manage the threshold for user self-autonomy of applications</li> <li>Manage AI center processes: <ul> <li>Implementing effective workflows</li> <li>Performing prompt design</li> <li>Securely agent connection</li> </ul> </li> <li>Establish secure agent connections and effectively introduce AI tools into business analysis.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assisting in identifying and leading projects to improve Moodle’s operations.</li> </ul> We’d love to meet you Especially if you can tell us about your: <ul> <li>Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills in English</li> <li>Ability to work independently and take initiative, but also must be an enthusiastic team player</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities for data-driven decision making.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple projects and shifting demands.</li> <li>Ability to document processes and guidelines with great attention to detail.</li> <li>Solid experience in sales support with ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.</li> <li>Solid experience in application administration, ability to assess the impact of new requirements on CRM and all processes related. </li> <li>Advanced user experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc).</li> <li>Understanding the capabilities, limitations, and use cases of generative AI. </li> <li>Proficiency in interacting with LLMs (e.g., Gemini, Claude) through effective prompt design.</li> <li>Solid experience using API endpoints and integrating AI agents</li> </ul> You’ll knock us off our feet if you have: <ul> <li>Well developed relationship management skills, with proven ability to influence, earn trust and effect change across a wide range of stakeholders and cultural backgrounds.</li> <li>Ability to assess the quality, accuracy, and bias of data used to train AI models. </li> <li>HubSpot administration, governance, and workflow/object design.</li> <li>Experience with MCP integrations.</li> <li>Experience with integrating Hubspot with other systems and tools, ensuring the seamless flow of data and process automations across platforms.</li> <li>Experience using outbound marketing and sales automation tools such as Intercom, 6Sense or G2.</li> <li>Experience in Zapier-like frameworks.</li> <li>Understanding of the Moodle ecosystem.</li> <li>Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish. </li> </ul> What's in it for you?
