About the Role:
We're looking for a Call Centre Executive who's confident on the phone and good at convincing people. Your main job is to reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, or messages — and turn them into paying customers. This is a sales-driven role, so the more calls you make, the more chances you get to close deals.

Your Responsibilities: Make cold calls to potential business clients (minimum 50 calls/week)
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email
Pitch our web development services clearly and confidently
Handle client questions and objections smoothly
Convert conversations into actual paying clients
Keep track of leads you've contacted and their status

Who We're Looking For:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Confident speaking on calls, not shy to pitch
Self-motivated — no one will push you, you push yourself
Basic understanding of sales (training/guidance will be given) Students, freelancers, or anyone looking for extra income welcome

You'll Earn:
First client → 50% commission per project
After that → 30% commission on every client you bring
No earning limit — the more you close, the more you earn

Work Style:
100% remote — work from anywhere
