Clinical Nurse Specialist

<p><strong>Job Title – Clinical Nurse Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location – San Jose, California</strong></p><p><strong>Base Salary – $150,000 – $200,000</strong></p><p><strong><u>Job Details:</u></strong></p><p>Under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Director (CND), the Clinical Nurse Manager organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees clinic staff, and carefully coordinates clinic workflows to ensure services are provided effectively. The Clinical Nurse Manager is well-versed in people development, management, and RN-level nursing care.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant healthcare field preferred; professional experience may be substituted</p><p>Unencumbered registered nurse (RN) state license required</p><p>(2) years of experience overseeing an ambulatory clinic operation including RN, LVN, and MA staff; equivalent nursing leadership experience in a high volume, outpatient setting may be substituted</p><p>(2) years of experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population</p><p>Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter; CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred</p>
