Concierge Primary Care Physicians Lutanen Health | Back Bay (Boston HQ) + MetroWest, North Shore, Cape Cod, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard Lutanen Health is a physician-owned concierge medical practice delivering relationship-driven primary care across Massachusetts. We care for a select group of individuals and families through a model built on time, trust, and continuity. Physicians maintain panels of no more than 150 patients and integrate lifestyle medicine, integrative health, and longevity-focused care into primary care.
Our flagship clinic is in Back Bay, with an established and growing presence across MetroWest, the North Shore, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard, locations where we are seeking additional physicians to grow our satellite presence. As an affiliate of Mass General Brigham operating on Epic EMR, we combine private practice autonomy with world-class clinical infrastructure. The Opportunity
Care for a select patient panel that values access and clinical judgment
Practice in a model designed around depth rather than volume
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work from Back Bay and/or regional markets described, aligned with your location
Deliver care across clinic, home, and virtual settings How This Role Is Different
Most concierge roles reduce panel size. We redesign how physicians practice.
Full panel schedule: 4–6 in-person visits per day, 4 days per week
Dedicated time for administration, care coordination, and virtual/asynchronous care
Flexible scheduling tailored to each physician’s style and patient panel
Open to part-time and micro-practice models for the right physician
1:1 RN support and efficient systems that remove administrative friction Our Standard

Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Comfortable managing complex, higher-touch patients, including older adults as needed
Strong clinical judgment and a relationship-oriented approach
Thoughtful, discreet, and detail-oriented
Drawn to depth over volume
Motivated to practice at a high level with the time and support to do it well Required: training or meaningful experience in at least one of the following
Women’s Health
Lifestyle Medicine (e.g., American College of Lifestyle Medicine certification)
Integrative Medicine
