Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) in accordance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
Make timely and accurate decisions on content, applying appropriate moderation actions such as approval, rejection, or escalation.
Identify and analyze trends in content violations and provide feedback to improve moderation policies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, legal, and product development, to address emerging content challenges.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content review while meeting performance targets.
Document and report complex or sensitive moderation cases for further review.
Stay informed on current events, cultural sensitivities, and platform trends that may impact content moderation.
Participate in training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of moderation guidelines.
Required Skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a related field.
Proven ability to make quick, accurate, and consistent judgments on complex content issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive content.
Proficiency in using content moderation tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
