The <strong>Corporate Account</strong> will be hands-on with real ownership across core accounting functions and plenty of opportunity to work on cross-functional projects.</p>

You’ll work directly with the Controller, collaborate across teams, and be empowered to bring ideas and initiative — not just complete a checklist. <h2>What You'll Do</h2>
<p><strong>Core Accounting:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable — invoicing, payments, collections, and cash application.</li>
<li>Support month-end close: journal entries, bank reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, etc.</li>
<li>Administer the expense policy — reviewing submissions, enforcing compliance, and following up proactively with the team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Reporting & Compliance:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the annual audit: preparing schedules, pulling documentation, and responding to auditor requests.</li>
<li>Contribute to internal reporting and quarterly deliverables with accurate, timely supporting schedules.</li>
<li>Support tax and regulatory compliance projects as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems & Process:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Play an active role in Finance automation projects — helping design, build, and refine AI-powered workflows and tools as we continue to evolve how we operate.</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of SOPs and internal policies as processes evolve.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cross-Functional & Ad Hoc:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with other teams across the business on a wide range of projects. This role touches more than a typical accounting seat, and that’s by design.</li>
<li>Handle sensitive information — contracts, payroll data, compliance documents — with discretion and sound judgment.</li>
<li>Lean into ambiguity and step into new areas as the business grows. The role will evolve — and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with it.</li>

<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–3+ years of hands-on accounting experience — GL, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries</li>
<li>Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred or a strong ability to learn it quickly.</li>
<li>Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.</li>
<li>Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Claude and using AI to build solutions and drive productivity.</li>
</ul>
