Credit Analyst

Job Description:

ü Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and risk analysis for loan applicants.

ü Review financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans, and collateral.

ü Perform credit scoring, rating, and due diligence for SME and corporate clients.

ü Prepare and present credit reports and recommendations to the credit committee.

ü Monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure credit quality and identify warning signs.

ü Coordinate with internal departments to ensure loan policies and procedures are followed.

ü Provide recommendations to improve credit approval workflow and risk management practices.

ü Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.

Desired Experience and Skills includes:

ü Previous experience working in a bank or audit firm (minimum 2 years).

ü Strong knowledge of credit underwriting principles and lending practices.

ü Familiar with loan documentation, financial statement analysis, and credit scoring models.

ü Proficiency in Lao and English language (reading, writing, speaking) is required.

ü Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

ü High attention to detail and accuracy.

ü Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Qualification:Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related fields.

Working location: Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (with domestic and international travel).

Working time: from Monday to Saturday morning, from 8am to 5pm.

Salary: up to 1,500$
