Working Location:

Petaling Jaya – conveniently located near LRT Taman Jaya (easy access via public transport).

WORKING HOURS:

Monday – Sunday (5 working days with 2 rotational off days)
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • 9:00AM – 6:00PM
  • 10:00AM – 7:00PM
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Assistance – Handle inquiries related to tariffs, usage, accounts, and services.
  • Account Management – Assist with reconnections, self-metering, and account updates.
  • Billing & Payment Support – Help customers resolve billing, metering, and payment issues.
  • Service Requests – Manage auto-debit setups, bill forecasting, and disconnection/reconnection requests.
  • Complaint Resolution – Track, monitor, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma & Degree holders (must have completed studies with valid certificates).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
