About the role

Carefore Global Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. This is a full-time role based in our Petaling Jaya, Selangor office.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
4. Escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries efficiently
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
6. A genuine passion for providing top-notch customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
