About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support Executives to join our Kolkata office.
This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are good at communication, enjoy interacting with customers, and have an interest in online businesses, customer engagement and revenue generation.
You will work with students, tutors and parents to provide customer support, improve user engagement and identify opportunities to convert users into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with new and inactive users to improve engagement
Identify potential customers and assist with subscription/membership conversions
Follow up with interested users and support them through the purchase process
Re-engage expired and inactive paid users
Support email, WhatsApp and in-platform communication campaigns
Identify common customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams
Maintain user data and reports using Excel/Google Sheets
Who Can Apply?
Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of experience
B.Com / BBA / General Graduates preferred
Good written and verbal English communication
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Commercial mindset with an interest in revenue generation
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Candidates interested in customer support and online businesses
