Qualifications
  • Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support and problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Solid Analytical Skills for identifying trends, solving challenges, and improving service processes.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with relevant CRM tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong follow-up skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Possession of a recognized diploma or degree in any discipline; finance-related qualifications from English-based universities are preferred
  • 1–4 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in alignment with Singapore standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
