Job Title : Customer Experience Specilaist
Work Location : Kuala Lumpur
Exp Level : 1 Year to 4 Years
S alary Range : RM 3500 to RM 4500 Per Month
Language : Must able to read & Write Mandarin

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in Technical Support and problem-solving to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Solid Analytical Skills for identifying trends, solving challenges, and improving service processes.
Proficiency in English and familiarity with relevant CRM tools and software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Possession of a recognized diploma or degree in any discipline; finance-related qualifications from English-based universities are preferred
1–4 years of relevant work experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in alignment with Singapore standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
