Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking Trainer with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on industry and training experience to deliver practical, job-oriented online training sessions. The trainer will help learners develop strong foundations in cyber security concepts, ethical hacking techniques, and real-world security practices aligned with current industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online training sessions on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking concepts
• Telugu language is mandatory
• Teach core topics including networking fundamentals, Linux basics, cybersecurity principles, and threat analysis
• Train learners on ethical hacking methodologies such as reconnaissance, scanning, enumeration, exploitation, and post-exploitation
• Cover tools and techniques including Kali Linux, Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, and vulnerability assessment tools
• Provide hands-on demonstrations, labs, and real-world attack & defense scenarios
• Develop structured lesson plans, practical assignments, and case studies
• Guide learners on cybersecurity best practices, security policies, and risk management
• Address learner queries and provide real-time technical solutions
• Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, operating systems, and security protocols
• Practical experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security tools
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching cybersecurity concepts preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex security concepts in a clear and structured manner
• Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual lab environments
• Stable internet connection and proper setup for remote training
• Flexibility to conduct sessions as per the training schedule
