This position is onsite at our skilled nursing facility in Chicago, where you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Monitor and document vital signs—including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse—and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Facilitate mobility and ambulation, providing physical support to help patients move safely around the facility.
- Assist patients during meal times, including feeding them as needed, while promoting nutritional support for better recovery.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients, ensuring that hygiene and comfort are prioritized.
- Support the transfer and positioning of patients to prevent pressure ulcers while ensuring proper body alignment.
- Build trust with patients by providing emotional support and companionship, enhancing their overall well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Accurately document patient observations, care provided, and interactions in compliance with facility protocols.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our CNA team primarily cares for a diverse population, including patients recovering from surgery, individuals requiring rehabilitation, and seniors needing long-term support. You will encounter a range of needs and conditions, allowing you the chance to hone your skills while making impactful contributions to the lives of others.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program, with active certification status in good standing.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility is preferred but not required.

- Previous involvement in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 40,000 to USD 60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and certifications. Additional performance-based bonuses may also be awarded. Alongside a competitive salary, we provide:
