This role is critical to solution development and technical strategy design with a focus on necessary product evolution. Applying knowledge of healthcare workflows and understanding of the needs of customers within their domain and incorporating this to inform recommendations for solutions and service implementation. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Key Responsibilities</font></font></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Foster and maintain high-impact relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support interoperability and digital transformation. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Lead and support strategic initiatives designed to enhance digital health capabilities and healthcare connectivity. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Align program development and execution with defined performance metrics and organizational outcomes. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Anticipate and respond to the rapidly evolving digital needs of the healthcare ecosystem, ensuring solutions remain innovative, scalable, and patient-focused. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams to promote seamless integration of Epic tools within broader strategic frameworks. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Work closely with Patient Experience teams to ensure digital solutions enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Understand and support appropriate governance structures to maintain alignment with organizational policies and strategic objectives.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b style="font-family:'times new roman';font-size:1.6rem">EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: </b></p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Eight (8) or more years of experience in IT (Function Specific: Clinical, Cybersecurity, Network, etc.) required. </font></font></p><p><b><span style="font-size:10pt">Preferred Qualifications</span></b></p><p> </p><ul><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Proven experience in Epic Interoperability and Digital Health, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and system integration.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at executive levels. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Skilled in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and outcome-driven leadership. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Deep understanding of digital trends in healthcare and the ability to translate them into actionable, scalable solutions. </span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Hands-on experience with Epic systems and interoperability tools.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:10pt">Experience implementing and supporting governance frameworks for health IT initiatives</span></li></ul><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Master's Degree preferred. </font></font> </p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Expert knowledge of technology specific to their position as well as industry standards and trends.</font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Flexible leadership style with the ability to respond to the changing and varied needs of customers </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Ability to establish positive relationships with teams, peers, and customers. </font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, effectively negotiate and manage competing priorities, communicate effectively </font></font> with all organizational levels. </p><p>Strategy, Process Improvement, Application Design, Project Mgmt., Solution Design and Technical Domain Expertise. </p><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: </b></font></font></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman">Two (2) or more EPIC Certifications required as approved by department leadership. </font></font></p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></font><p></p><p><font face="Times New Roman"><font face="Times New Roman"><b>Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health </b></font></font></p><p>Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $37.95 - $64.92.
