About the Role
Disney is expanding its remote workforce and hiring Entry-Level Assistants across multiple business units — including Disney+, ESPN, Disney Parks and Resorts, Disney Publishing, and Walt Disney Studios. These at-home positions provide administrative, data, and operational support to Disney teams working across the globe. No prior experience is needed — all training is conducted online, and you will be fully supported by an experienced remote team lead from your first day.

What You Will Do
Provide general administrative and operational support to your assigned Disney business unit team from home
Enter and update records in Disney internal systems — content data, contact records, vendor files, or business documentation
Process incoming digital correspondence, form submissions, and administrative requests on behalf of the assigned team
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
Organize and maintain digital filing systems and project tracking tools within Disney's secure platforms
Attend remote team meetings, training sessions, and quality review calls as scheduled by your manager
Requirements
High school diploma or GED — no prior work experience required, first-time job seekers are very welcome
Basic computer skills — Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, internet browsers, and online portal navigation
Reliable personal computer and stable home broadband internet connection
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional — able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
