About the Role

The Walt Disney Company is hiring Entry-Level Remote Associates with no prior experience required to support its data, content, and operations teams from home. Disney is one of the world's most iconic and admired brands — and beginning your career here, even in an entry-level capacity, opens a career pathway that very few employers can match. Disney takes genuine pride in promoting from within and developing first-time team members into experienced professionals across its many divisions.

This remote entry-level role provides complete paid training, a structured onboarding program, and a dedicated remote team lead who will support your professional growth from your first day. You will work on data entry, content processing, or administrative support tasks depending on your assigned Disney business division. Every assignment you complete contributes to the operational quality and storytelling excellence that Disney is known for worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Enter and update operational, content, or business data in Disney's internal systems as assigned by your team lead
  • Process digital form submissions, new vendor records, product data, and content classification entries accurately
  • Verify all entered data against source documents and correct any discrepancies before finalizing submissions
  • Maintain well-organized digital records within Disney's secure document management platform
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and quality calibration calls scheduled by your remote manager
  • Meet daily task completion targets with a consistent accuracy rate and professional remote work standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED — no prior work experience required, genuinely open to first-time job seekers
  • Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute — accuracy over speed in this detailed entry role
  • Basic computer literacy — comfortable using internet browsers, spreadsheet tools, and online portals
  • Reliable personal computer and stable home broadband internet — wired connection preferred
  • Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality and accuracy in all assigned tasks
  • Enthusiastic about working within the Disney brand — Disney values are a real part of the team culture

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour with performance review and merit increase after 90 days
  • Full-time remote — paid training and full onboarding program before independent work begins
  • Disney theme park discounts, merchandise, and entertainment perks for all employees
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits after the probation period
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with Disney employer contribution
  • Internal promotion opportunities across Disney's parks, streaming, media, and merchandise divisions
