About the Role

The Walt Disney Company is opening its doors to candidates with no college degree and no prior work experience. These Entry-Level at-home positions are designed for individuals who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine love of the Disney brand — not a specific credential or resume history. Disney believes that character, commitment, and a growth mindset are the most important qualifications for a successful career, and it is prepared to invest in training and developing the right people from the very beginning.

This is your opportunity to start a Disney career from your own home with zero financial investment and zero prerequisite experience. Disney will teach you everything you need to know about its systems, standards, and workflows during a fully paid online training program. Bring your dedication to quality, your professional attitude, and your passion for the Disney universe — Disney will take care of the rest and build your career from there.

What You Will Do

  • Complete the Disney online training program and become proficient with all assigned tools and workflows before live work
  • Enter, update, and verify data in Disney internal content, product, or operations systems as directed by your team lead
  • Process incoming digital form submissions, document requests, and administrative updates for your assigned Disney unit
  • Organize and maintain digital records within Disney's secure document management platform accurately
  • Attend all required team meetings, calibration sessions, and performance check-ins scheduled by your remote manager
  • Achieve daily task targets with consistent accuracy — representing the Disney standard of quality in every assignment

Requirements

  • No college degree required — high school diploma or GED is sufficient for this entry-level role
  • No prior work experience required — Disney's training program starts from the very beginning
  • Basic computer skills — able to use internet browsers, standard apps, and online portals
  • Reliable personal computer and stable home broadband internet connection required to start
  • Attention to detail, strong personal work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for the Disney brand
  • Professional written communication for team and coordinator correspondence

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour — with performance review and merit increase at 90 days
  • Full-time remote — all training online, all work from home, no commute or in-person attendance required
  • Disney theme park admission discounts, entertainment perks, and merchandise for all employees
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance after the probation period with Disney employer contribution
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with Disney employer matching
  • Career development resources and genuine internal promotion path across The Walt Disney Company
