These fully remote positions support DoorDash's customers, Dashers, and merchant partners via chat and phone — resolving delivery issues, account inquiries, and platform support requests for the US's number-one food delivery platform. What You Will Do
Handle inbound DoorDash customer contacts via chat and phone to resolve delivery, billing, and account issues
Assist Dashers with earnings questions, deactivation appeals, zone access issues, and app troubleshooting
Support restaurant merchant partners with order management, payout questions, and menu update requests
Troubleshoot DoorDash app errors and account access problems for customers across iOS and Android platforms
Document all contacts accurately in DoorDash's internal support platform with complete resolution notes
Identify and escalate platform issues, Dasher misconduct, and systemic service failures to the operations team
Requirements
High school diploma or GED — prior delivery, food service, or customer support experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication — clear, empathetic, and solution-focused in all customer interactions
