Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

  • Assisting, Manage & Responsible Upload/Update of products, information on our online marketplaces : Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and others.
  • Continuously monitor product listings, content, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • To ensure items are correctly received and delivered out, printing CN.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales on these platforms.
  • Planning of campaigns such as product promotion, launches, listing
  • Oversee day-to-day activities related to Ecommerce operations.
  • Customer Services
  • Pricing Update
  • All related admin job

Requirements:

  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, listening, problem-solving skills & willing to learn
  • Proactive, highly organized and efficient with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in working with Google Sheets, Photoshop (basic photo editing) is an advantage.
  • Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
