Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Executive, located in Puchong. The Store Executive will manage daily operations, handle customer queries, maintain inventory, and ensure an efficient and organized store environment. Responsibilities also include assisting customers with purchases, managing stock levels, and providing a high level of customer service to enhance overall shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service to address customer needs with professionalism and efficiency
• Retail and Sales experience to effectively manage store operations and meet sales targets
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers and team members
• Understanding of Commerce concepts to assist in inventory and transaction management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment
• Experience in managing multicultural customers and diverse product categories is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
