Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented recent graduates to join our growing team as Entry-Level Business Analysts. This role is an ideal opportunity for freshers passionate about business processes, data analysis, and digital transformation. As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will work alongside seasoned professionals to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and support project implementation that enhances efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
Support the creation of functional specifications and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, project managers, and stakeholders
Assist in developing and testing business solutions or systems
Create process flow diagrams, use case documents, and data analysis reports
Monitor project performance and support tracking of KPIs and metrics
Support in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Help with preparing presentations and status reports for stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

Experience Level: No prior professional experience required
Internships or academic projects related to business analysis, data, or systems are an added advantage
Working Hours
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Flexible working hours with core collaboration time between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Remote and hybrid roles are subject to manager and project requirements
