What you'll be doing?
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a high-functioning work environment and managing secure document control.
Financial Stewardship: Handle basic bookkeeping, process invoices and claims, and maintain financial records, collaborating with external accountants.
People Operations: Support HR functions including onboarding, leave tracking, and benefits administration, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Executive Support: Manage the CEO's operational calendar, prepare meeting briefs, and coordinate travel logistics, playing a crucial role in leadership effectiveness.
Project Management: Utilize ClickUp and Google Workspace to track execution, manage cross-departmental tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
Meeting Coordination: Organize board and consortium meetings, from scheduling to follow-up, ensuring smooth communication and decision-making processes.
Who are they looking for?
Versatile Experience: 3-5 years in operations, office administration, or finance support roles, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking abilities.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for this multifaceted role.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like ClickUp, enabling efficient collaboration and task management.
Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English to facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous for local stakeholder engagement.
