**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join our team as a Business Director. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Business Director, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Accommodate, submit, and review cost reports in accordance with careerzynith strategy**: You'll work closely with our finance team to ensure that all cost reports are accurate, up-to-date, and submitted on time.
  • Help with all gathering coordinated factors, small to large events, and other special assigned administrative tasks**: You'll be responsible for coordinating events, meetings, and other administrative tasks to ensure that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Proactively provide administrative and staffing support to the team, including but not limited to space, resource management, acquisition, headcount management, new/interior onboarding, and event management**: You'll work closely with our team to provide administrative support, manage resources, and ensure that our business is running efficiently.
  • Plan employee recognition events, team all hands, and off-sites**: You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating employee recognition events, team all hands, and off-sites to ensure that our team is engaged and motivated.
  • Maintain group data with classification and honesty**: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date group data, ensuring that all information is classified and handled with honesty and integrity.
  • Acquisition of labor and products including PC gear, office supplies, reference materials, and office demands**: You'll work closely with our procurement team to acquire labor and products, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with careerzynith policies and procedures.
  • Manage monikers and support new hire arrangement (office, hardware, etc.)**: You'll be responsible for managing monikers and supporting new hires, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Schedule support where required**: You'll work closely with our team to provide scheduling support, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Additional daily administrative tasks may be required**: You'll be responsible for completing additional administrative tasks as required, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree**: You'll need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Social Science.
  • 2+ years of managerial, business support, or customer service experience**: You'll need to have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial, business support, or customer service role, with a focus on planning gatherings/events, travel management, and essential organizational work.
  • Partner's Certification in a relevant field**: You'll need to have a Partner's Certification in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Social Science.

**Preferred Qualifications**
