Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rates).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role (2+ years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM tools, ticketing systems, etc.).
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
Experience handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email).
