Experienced eBay Virtual Assistant / Lister for Estate Items (Photos Provided)

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

I'm the administrator of a family estate/trust in California with a large volume of household goods, collectibles, and small-value items (mostly under $100 each) to sell on eBay. I will provide clear photos, basic details, and measurements. I need a reliable, detail-oriented eBay Virtual Assistant to handle listing creation, optimization, monitoring, and basic customer service so I can focus on other responsibilities.

This will start as a paid test batch of 20-30 items to evaluate quality and fit. If it goes well, it can become ongoing (50-150+ items over time, as needed).

Key Responsibilities:

--Research comparable sold listings on eBay to set competitive starting prices/Buy It Now and auction durations.

--Create optimized eBay listings using provided photos (multiple angles) — including compelling titles, detailed descriptions, categories, tags/keywords, shipping options, and item specifics.

--Use eBay's tools effectively for SEO and visibility.

--Monitor active listings, answer buyer questions promptly and professionally (I'll provide guidance on policies).

--Relist unsold items as needed and track performance.

--Coordinate with me on any issues (e.g., shipping labels if I handle packing).

--Maintain accurate records for my trust accounting.

Requirements:

--Proven experience creating and optimizing eBay listings (please share examples or past client feedback in your proposal).

--Strong English writing skills for clear, engaging descriptions.

--Familiarity with eBay Seller Hub, research tools (sold listings, Terapeak if available), and best practices for collectibles/household items.

--Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

--Access to a computer with stable internet.

--Ability to use eBay Multi-User Account Access (I'll grant limited permissions — you won't handle payments or sensitive info).

What I Provide:

--High-quality photos and notes for each item.

--Access to my eBay seller account via secure team permissions.

--Clear instructions/SOPs.

--Prompt communication (I'll be available during US Pacific Time business hours).

Budget & Terms

--Hourly: $5–$12/hour (depending on experience) OR

Per listing: $1–$4 per item (preferred for batches; negotiate based on complexity).

--Paid weekly via Upwork.

--Start with a small fixed-price test project.

--Long-term potential for consistent work.

How to Apply

Please include in your proposal:

--Your relevant eBay listing experience (how many items you've listed, types of products).

--A brief example of how you would title/describe a sample item (I'll provide one if needed).

--Your proposed rate (hourly or per item).

--Availability and any questions.

Serious applicants only — I will review proposals carefully and may request a short interview or test listing. Looking forward to working with a dependable VA who can help maximize returns on these estate items!
