About Us

We are a fast-growing, multi-brand apparel company with a strong foothold in workwear, casualwear, activewear, and streetwear. Our brands are sold across the UK and internationally, with growing online and B2B presence. We're looking for a talented and commercially driven Designer & Merchandiser to help lead product development from concept to sale.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign

• Create trend-led designs for various ranges: casualwear, activewear, workwear, and streetwear
• Develop tech packs, specs, and detailed CADs for factories
• Work on fabric sourcing, trims, and sustainable design options
• Ensure balance between creative vision and commercial appeal

Merchandising

• Plan and manage seasonal ranges with a clear pricing and margin structure
• Analyze sales data to inform design and buying decisions
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, and logistics for critical path management
• Support website product uploads, copywriting, and visual merchandising

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years experience in fashion design and/or merchandising
• Strong Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel skills
• Familiar with garment costing, sampling, and factory communication
• Knowledge of UK retail and ecommerce trends
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple product categories

Bonus Skills

• PLM system experience
• Background in workwear or technical apparel
• Graphic design for prints and branding
• International sourcing knowledge (Bangladesh, Egypt, etc.)
