We are hiring experienced Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives with a strong background in loan sales, business development and customer acquisition.

### Key Responsibilities

- Generate business for Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans, CC Limits and Project Finance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals and DSA networks.
- Develop relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners.
- Explain loan products and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain sales reports, follow-ups and conversion records.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of relevant loan sales experience.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience selling Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans or CC Limits.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets.

### Benefits

- Salary up to ₹55,000 per month.

Important: Candidates must have prior loan sales experience. Candidates from unrelated sales backgrounds without loan sales experience are not eligible.
