Finance Transformation Manager

Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of finance transformation initiatives and strategies for the company. Analyze the current financial performance of the company and provide valuable insights. Collaborate with the finance team to drive and execute on the transformation of the finance function. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of finance transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Manage the budget for the finance transformation initiatives. Identify and implement best practices to ensure cost efficiency and optimal performance. Lead the training and development of team members in the finance transformation process. Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on the progress of the finance transformation initiatives.
