Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals who thrive in a flexible work environment and are passionate about connecting top talent with leading organizations. As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant, you will work remotely to manage end-to-end hiring projects, sourcing candidates, and delivering quality recruitment solutions across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various client projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and databases to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Negotiate offers and assist in closing candidates successfully.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Provide timely updates to clients and candidates, ensuring excellent communication throughout the recruitment process.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices across various industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, job portals, and social media for candidate sourcing.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to freelance or project-based hiring.
Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment is highly desirable.
Prior experience managing hiring projects for multiple clients is an advantage.
Working Hours
Flexible working hours tailored to the consultants availability, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
Work from home with no fixed office hours; however, availability during business hours for client coordination is recommended.
Opportunity to scale hours up or down based on project demand.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to quickly understand client business needs and role requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
