<p><strong>Hiring: Recruitment Executive – IT & Non-IT</strong></p><p><strong>Experience: 0–3 Years</strong></p><p>We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented professionals to join our recruitment team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.</li><li>Use Boolean/search techniques to identify relevant profiles.</li><li>Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.</li><li>Understand job requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.</li><li>Work towards recruitment targets and timelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.</li><li>Internship experience in recruitment will also be considered.</li><li>Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Boolean/search techniques.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong> Faridabad</p><p><strong>Industry:</strong> Recruitment / Executive Search</p>
