<p>Contract: Global Media Lead</p><p>Location: United States (Remote)</p><p>Hours: Must be available during East Coast business hours</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About The Role</strong></p><p>Our direct entertainment client is seeking an experienced Media Lead to join our Global Media team. This individual will play a critical role in leading media strategy, planning, and execution across a portfolio of media campaigns. The ideal candidate brings deep media expertise, strong strategic thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for music, culture, and innovation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of media campaigns with a primary focus on music marketing initiatives.</li><li>Partner closely with clients media agency of record to develop integrated media plan recommendations spanning tactical media investments and high-impact custom activations.</li><li>Oversee campaign execution and performance, ensuring programs launch successfully and deliver against established goals.</li><li>Analyze campaign results and develop clear, actionable reporting that highlights key insights, learnings, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand/creative, strategy, and agency partners to ensure cross functional alignment on all campaigns.</li><li>Serve as a resource and thought partner to junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the planning, execution, reporting, and optimization process.</li><li>Provide oversight of campaign performance reporting and collaborate across teams to ensure learnings and best practices are captured and shared.</li><li>Balance big-picture strategic thinking with an ability to dive into the details when needed.</li><li>Stay informed on emerging media trends, Gen Z behaviors, platform innovations, and cultural moments relevant to client.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of media planning, strategy, and buying experience within a media agency environment or on the client side.</li><li>Experience working across all media channels, including digital and traditional media. Strong digital media expertise and knowledge of social media platforms is expected.</li><li>Creative problem solver with a proven ability to develop high-level media strategies and implement innovative ideas that drive measurable results.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.</li><li>A collaborative, consultative approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing timelines and competing priorities.</li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Passion for music, entertainment, culture, and the evolving media landscape.</li><li>Experience working within the music, entertainment, live events, or broader cultural marketing space.</li><li>Experience supporting global or multi-market campaigns.</li><li>Familiarity with streaming, media and entertainment focused marketing ecosystems is a plus.</li></ul>
