Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis .

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, and ROI .

Key Responsibilities

Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Create and optimize lead generation and sales campaigns
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
Perform A/B testing of audiences, creatives, and ad copies
Set up and monitor conversion tracking
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of Google Search, Display & Remarketing campaigns
Knowledge of Meta Lead Forms, Conversion & Remarketing campaigns
Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager & Meta Pixel will be an advantage
Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 3 Hours Per Day

Salary: ₹15,000+ Per Month, depending on experience and skills
