🎯 Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the branch with banking-related queries.
Handle account opening, documentation verification, and account servicing.
Promote digital banking services and support customers in using them.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
Address customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and RBI guidelines.
Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
Support back-office operations when required.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and a local/regional language.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office and email handling.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.

Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
