Head of Growth — Social Gaming (Equity) Location San Francisco (in-person upon close) / Remote for now InZone is a social gaming superapp powered by infrastructure for indie game developers. Gamers socialize through games instead of feeds. Developers monetize and distribute their games more effectively — keeping 90% of everything their players generate. In our first month in stealth we integrated 40+ games, grew to 15,000 users, and hit billions of play sessions. We are coming out of stealth now and need someone to help us grow aggressively. We are early. We are building something generational. And we want the right person in the room from the start. What you will own • Player and developer acquisition — organic, community-driven, zero to scale • Social media presence across TikTok, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Developer relations — identifying, recruiting, and retaining indie game developers with strong communities • Community building — Discord, Reddit, gaming forums, and tech communities • Rallying the broader tech and creator ecosystem around InZone • Building the GTM playbook from scratch You should have • A track record of growing a gaming or consumer social product from zero • Deep roots in the indie game developer community • An active personal presence on at least one social platform with genuine engagement • Experience building and activating communities — Discord, Reddit, game jams, creator networks • The instinct to move fast, experiment, and double down on what works • Comfort operating at the earliest stage of something with real ambition Nice to have • You have built or shipped a game yourself • You have a following in gaming, indie dev, or tech communities • You understand the developer tools and infrastructure space • Experience with viral growth mechanics and social loops • Background in creator economy, gaming content, or developer relations What you get • Meaningful equity in a company building the social layer for the next generation of gaming • Direct access to the founding team • The ability to shape the growth strategy from day one • A platform that is already working — real games, real players, real community • Founding team status — permanently • Full-time position and relocation to San Francisco upon close of our current funding round We are closing a $2.5M pre-seed round shortly and will transition this role to a full-time, in-person position in San Francisco upon close.
