HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources Operations to lead and optimize our HR service delivery across multiple departments. This leadership role is responsible for developing and overseeing HR operational strategies, policies, and systems to ensure seamless HR support aligned with our companys objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement, playing a vital role in driving employee satisfaction, organizational efficiency, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR Operations team, including payroll, benefits administration, HR systems, and compliance functions.
Develop and implement scalable HR policies and processes to support business growth and ensure legal compliance.
Oversee HRIS management, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and optimization of HR systems and reporting.
Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute the HR strategy, ensuring it supports organizational objectives.
Streamline onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes to improve efficiency and experience.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to HR partners and line managers.
Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery, identifying opportunities to automate and enhance workflows.
Ensure company compliance with employment laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions.
Monitor and report key HR metrics and KPIs, offering insights to improve performance and accountability.
Oversee HR audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and labor relations.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on HR operations.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale HR transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Experience in managing remote or global HR teams is a plus.
Working Hours
Standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with flexibility required to accommodate global time zones and strategic meetings.
