Job Description:

Advocate Kanishk Arora & Associates is inviting applications from motivated and committed advocates for the position of Associate Advocate – Litigation. The role offers exposure to a diverse litigation portfolio before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.

Key Responsibilities / Areas of Work:

Drafting petitions, appeals, applications, written submissions, legal notices, and opinions
Assisting and appearing in court proceedings
Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
Matter management and client coordination
Handling filings and procedural work

Eligibility & Preference:

1–5 years of post-qualification experience
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Ability to independently handle court appearances, filings, and procedural work
Sound understanding of civil, commercial, constitutional, and service law matters
Good communication and client-handling abilities
Professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail
