HR Business Partner - Employee relations | Night Shift | Hyderabad | Upto 25 LPA

<p>Looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage employee relations, handle sensitive workplace concerns, and partner with business teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re hiring an <strong>HR Business Partner</strong> to support BPO and Customer Success teams, with a strong focus on employee relations, grievance handling, POSH, and HR compliance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle employee grievances, workplace conflicts, escalations, and sensitive employee concerns independently.</li><li>Manage POSH complaints, investigations, and retaliation-related cases with discretion and sound judgment.</li><li>Partner with floor managers on performance, attendance, disciplinary matters, employee engagement, and retention.</li><li>Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave, exits, and confidential case documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and night-shift requirements, including employee safety, transportation, and working hours.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>8–10 years of HR experience, preferably in BPO or high-volume operations.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in employee relations, grievance management, and POSH investigations.</li><li>Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and shift-based compliance.</li><li>Ability to operate independently, manage sensitive situations, and exercise sound judgment.</li><li>Night-shift / 24x7 operations experience preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> Night shift</p><p><br></p><p>#Employee Relations #Grievance Handling #HR Operations #Labour Law Compliance #POSH, #POSH Investigations #Conflict Resolution #Disciplinary Management #Employee Engagement #Employee Retention #HR Business Partnering #Attendance Management #Exit Management #Night Shift Compliance #24x7 Operations</p><p><br></p>
